Rejoice in God’s Love, Reflect God’s Grace and Respond to God’s Will!
You are invited to love and serve God, the Allegan community and the world in four different areas:
Worship! Joyfully worship God every Sunday morning at 10:30 am. Our worship is casual traditional with a choir or special musicians as well as singing hymns and songs along with our beautiful historical organ. Excellent preaching will get you thinking and there is always nursery and a children’s moment with kids activities during worship for the youngest learners.
Education! Both adults and children of all ages gather every Sunday morning at 9 am between the Allegan Fair and Memorial Day for Education Hour. Come and study what the Bible meant in its original context and discern what that message means for us today. Our ecumenical YOUTH Group (Jr. High & High School) gathers somewhere every Sunday night at 5 pm for fun, learning and food!
Mission! Hungry? Our Free Community Soup Lunch happens every Wednesday from 11:30 till 1 pm and is always looking for volunteers. We support many local and international projects to demonstrate the Love of Christ to others.
Fellowship! Like blues or rock? You will love our Benefit Concert Series. Second Sundays at 5 pm, come hear amazing music and celebrate and support a local non-profit. 90 % of the offering goes to the non-profit and 10 % goes toward more benefit concerts. A reception and a YOUTH activity follows at 6 pm.
Everyone is welcome at First Presbyterian on the corner of Cutler and Chestnut in Downtown Allegan.
