The Laurels of Sandy Creek is an 87-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center operated by Ciena Healthcare.  Located in peaceful Wayland, Michigan, between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, we offer comprehensive health care services to all our guests at our facility, whether they are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation, hospice care, or have chosen an extended stay.  In addition, our Maplewood of Sandy Creek assisted living community offers 20 assisted living studio apartments on the same campus.

Our licensed therapists craft individualized rehab programs for guests who are with us for short-term stays. Working in consultation with each guest’s doctor, our team will speed the transition from hospital to home.
