Village Market Celebrates Renovations with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Village Market Food Center celebrated the completion of recent renovations and improvements to their Allegan store, located at 100 Monroe St. with an Allegan Area Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday, April 16.  Not only notable are the new cases in the Bakery, Produce, and Meat areas but also the many new product offerings made available at the store of late.  A delicious cake from the bakery and an array of tasty deli sides were part of the festivities.
Allegan Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Tim Perrigo, thanked store owner, Steve Murk, and managers Andy Edge and Bill Lancaster, for their investment in the Allegan location and their continuing commitment to Allegan. Village Market has been a staple in Allegan since the late 1980s and has a long history of supporting the organizations and causes that impact our community.
